Our goal is 100% complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an incorrect size is shipped, returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All sales become final after 30 days. All purchases of sale and clearance items are FINAL.

All returns require that the item be returned in the original, factory-sealed unopened packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.  Please note that due to the nature of the product, nursing covers and bottles are final sale.

Prior to returning the product, please email us with your name, invoice number, product(s) being returned and reason for return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and our return address. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

Baby Mellow reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in its original condition.

A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless products are being returned due to manufacturer defect or damage.

All shipping charges for refund/exchanges are at the customer’s expense. Please send the product via a method that can be tracked. We do not accept any returns via COD.

Approved refunds will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days from the date of receipt of your returned item. Once we have received the item and verified the condition, we will refund your account using the same method of payment as the original order.
