At Baby Mellow, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient manner possible. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 9 days after orders have been processed. Please allow more time for delivery of personalized items. Baby Mellow uses Canada Post to ship all orders. We will email you a confirmation note with Canada Post parcel tracking information after you package is sent. Note that some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier.

If a package is returned to Baby Mellow due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the return shipping cost plus the cost of re-shipping and will be charged.
